In the third column, there must be 12 protons and 14 neutrons.
7.) Protons and neutrons are about 2,000 times as massive of an electron.
8.) 266 is the number of protons plus neutrons. You need the number of protons to figure out the mass. Stating the mass itself is not enough to create a new element.
